How Custom Orders Work
Custom orders start with a simple request. Tell us what you are looking for, the size or style you have in mind, any colors or custom details, and whether you need local pickup, local delivery or shipping.
After your request is received, Wheelie Slow Customs will review the details and follow up to confirm the build, finish, timeline, pickup, delivery or shipping needs.
Once the details are confirmed, you will receive a clear cost breakdown that may include the item price, applicable tax, pickup, delivery or shipping costs, and a secure payment link or deposit request.
Custom builds do not begin until the required payment or deposit is received. Ready-made items are not held, shipped, delivered or released until payment is confirmed.
